An advocate for community engagement, skilled in content creation across various mediums including podcasts, audio production, radio hosting, videography, and web design.

With over 30 years of radio presentation and content creation experience, I am passionate about using media to engage and empower communities, especially in the Third Sector. I am a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and I have hosted and produced various events and podcasts that promote wellbeing and social inclusion, such as the Community Awards, the Connect Torfaen platform and Torfaen Talks CIC.

I have also developed a range of skills in IT, procurement, data analysis, and office administration, working with different operating systems and software, such as Sage 200. I am proficient in social media and web design, creating and managing content for various platforms and audiences. I am always eager to learn new tools and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and dynamic teams.
