Is email a dead format?
With the range of messaging platforms we have now (LinkedIn being one such). Do people use the good old fashioned email?
The first thing against email is the way different platforms allow you to see if you’re message has been viewed – granted this can be toggled on/off.
Email’s are prone to filters – how many times have you been told an email has been sent but nothing has come through – only to check your junk, and it’s there.
Thirdly – emails can be less secure and prone to be hacked.
What about for an email?
It’s a bit like comparing an iPhone with a Nokia 3210.
